At present our site only allows for quote requests. In order to request a quote, simply navigate to the items that you need, select the quantity you want for each item, add it to your cart, and then select "Request a Quote" once you have selected the items that you want. Once we receive your quote request we will have a quote and lead time ready for you within 24 hours.

If you are unsure about the part number for a particular fastener, you can use our contact form to get in touch with our expert sales staff to identify the fastener and provide a quote for it. We recommend sending us a picture of the fastener along with its approximate dimensions. If we cannot identify it with this information, we may request that you send us a sample.

If you are able to make it to our Southern California warehouse you can request will call order pick up after your order is confirmed! Our warehouse's will call hours are between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday.

To cancel an order use our contact form, or call our customer support line and use the order number to cancel. You may not cancel an order if the order has already shipped.

To return an order, use our contact form or call our customer support line, be sure to have your order number at the ready. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restocking fee.

To request bulk pricing you may either a) simply request a quote as normal at which point we will automatically apply bulk pricing, b) use our contact form to request bulk pricing on a particular item, or c) use our "request for quote" form and, utilizing the item number, indicate the quantity you would like and add a reference to "bulk pricing" in the additional comments field.
